• Bottle Refill Policy - To receive a $1.00 credit on medium & large bottles of your favorite oil & vinegar, they need to be washed and dry. If the bottles are wet/moist, your oil/vinegar will spoil.

• Shipping Policy - Shipping is via USPS Flat Rate boxes. Very rarely is a shipment lost or stolen after delivery by the USPS. If this happens, the customer must make a claim with the USPS. We will provide the necessary documents.
